Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking an experienced Agentic Platform Lead to architect a scalable AI/agent platform, building developer infrastructure and leading an engineering team. You will stay hands-on with backend services and APIs while guiding platform adoption across products.

This senior, hands-on leadership role focuses on platform architecture, orchestration infrastructure, and security/governance to enable autonomous product development and deployment of AI features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering or distributed systems.
• Experience scaling multi-tenant platforms and developer infrastructure.
• Strong API design and developer tooling experience.
• Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and backend stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of a scalable AI/agent platform.
• Build infrastructure for agent orchestration, APIs, security, monitoring and governance.
• Create platform capabilities that allow product teams to independently develop and deploy AI features.
• Lead the platform engineering team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Work with product and engineering teams to drive platform adoption.
• Remain hands-on with backend services, APIs and platform development.
