Job summary

OutSystems is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to own the architectural blueprint for agentic AI programs across enterprise projects. You will guide multiple delivery teams, ensure AI-readiness, and champion scalable, governance-aligned solutions.

You will design multi-agent systems, influence senior technical stakeholders, and embed AI and automation into delivery playbooks to accelerate outcomes while maintaining high quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: 8+ years of experience in solution architecture. Knowledge of Agentic Systems design and integrations; Expertise in AI architecture patterns.
• Certifications: Expert Developer; Specialist Agentic AI certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design for high-complexity, strategic enterprise projects and oversee the implementation of the reference in architecture across multiple delivery teams.
• Perform deep-dive technical audits to assess application technical quality and AI-readiness.
• Architect multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex business reasoning tasks autonomously.
• Influence the customer’s technical stakeholders on the long-term benefits of an agent-centric application portfolio.
• Optimize delivery operations by creating and embedding AI, automation, and internal tooling into standard expert-level tasks, standardizing these efficiency gains into reusable delivery playbooks.
