Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll own end-to-end strategy for a select group of core clients, partner with lead Strategists, and continually improve performance through testing and data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes advanced English communication, autonomy in managing campaigns, and leveraging Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to inform strategy and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Independently manage timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds and reporting.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses with data-backed optimizations.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
