Formación

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Office suites.
• Strong ability to derive insights from marketing data and present actionable recommendations.
• Ability to mentor junior talent and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least two major ad channels.
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations and surface opportunities/risks.
• Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage next steps.
