Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and own end-to-end paid campaigns for a select group of core clients, collaborating with lead Strategists. You will grow your technical, strategic, and analytical skills while delivering high‑quality work on time.

Proficiency in English, a self-starter attitude, and experience with Meta/Google Ads, analytics, and Shopify will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing; agency experience preferred.
• 1+ years in direct response marketing for e-commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ years leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
• 1+ years with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus.
• 1 year client-facing and handling communications.
• Excellent Excel skills with advanced data analytics.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving, continued learning, and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and QA.
• Operate with high ownership; independently manage timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking; proactively identify growth opportunities with data-backed hypotheses.
• Maintain a client-first mindset in executional and strategic decisions.
• Show calm, solutions-oriented problem solving during volatility or pivots.
• Ensure accurate budget pacing and flag risks or opportunities early.
• Own client testing roadmaps and prioritize experiments.
• Deliver on-time launches and updates for campaigns and deliverables.
• Autonomously present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem to inform strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Introduce ideas to improve team operations or client outcomes.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
