Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a results-driven outside territory sales professional to expand our supplemental insurance offerings with small to mid-sized businesses. You will work autonomously, plan your week, and drive new business while collaborating with the sales team.

Training combines classroom and hands-on modules, with ongoing coaching from top performers. Prior athletics or leadership success is valued, but not required. A license in health or life insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and refer leads as needed.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
