CFS is hiring an Outside Sales/Account Manager for the West Michigan region. This role offers autonomy to manage and expand a defined industrial territory, with a strong base salary plus commission and substantial earning potential.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing and industrial clients, identifying needs and delivering solutions across fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, and automation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of industrial sales experience.
• Experience as Account Manager / Outside Sales in manufacturing/industrial markets.
• Proven success in developing new business and growing accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers across industrial markets.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions involving industrial products and automation.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and purchasing teams.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop strategic territory plans to drive long-term growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
