Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Anna, TX, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role with a 15-20 hour weekly schedule. You will perform evaluations, develop plans, and provide direct 1:1 in-person therapy, with documentation completed remotely as needed.

This autonomous position offers team collaboration, continuous care from evaluation to discharge, and options for growth within a supportive network of therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification current.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; may lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; basic physical requirements listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
