Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in Anna, TX, delivering 1:1 therapy in real-world settings with flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy. Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification per state regulations.
• At least one year of work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness; participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
