Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead a team of operators and oversee daily client-facing operations. You will serve as the liaison between client program managers and Transdev staff, ensuring safety is the top priority and dispatching resources to meet program needs.

You will drive on-site and field operations, manage scheduling, and communicate with internal teams to translate client deliverables into actionable daily performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 2+ years Operations leadership experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle.
• Operate with safety as the primary goal.
• Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, engineers, and the public.
• Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints.
• Public/customer facing management and leadership of hourly workforce.
• Field work and on-the-road operations with dispatch, response, and troubleshooting.
• Strategic planning and forecasting to meet client demands.
