Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide foot and lower-extremity care in long-term and senior living communities across Wisconsin. You will diagnose, manage, and document care, while traveling between facilities and maintaining clinical autonomy under state requirements.

The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities, competitive production-based compensation, and robust operational support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral NP degree from accredited program.
• Current national NP certification (AANP/ANCC).
• Active RN license and Wisconsin RN/APRN licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years NP/APRN post-graduate clinical experience.
• Eligible for Wisconsin Independent APRN Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and lower-extremity focused care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage foot and lower-extremity conditions.
• Coordinate follow-up with facility staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Document in NextGen EMR using a company-issued iPad.
• Maintain autonomy in accordance with Wisconsin APRN requirements.
