Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group (PPG) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver foot and lower-extremity care in long-term care and senior living communities across Wisconsin.

You will diagnose and manage common foot conditions, provide diabetic foot and preventive care, and educate patients on mobility. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy to practice, and support with scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited NP program.
• Current national NP certification (AANP/ANCC) and ability to obtain Wisconsin RN/APRN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate NP/APR clinical practice; independent practice readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and lower-extremity care in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage foot/LE conditions; diabetic foot & wound prevention.
• Coordinate follow-up with facility staff and other clinicians; participate in Medicare quality programs.
• Document in NextGen EMR using company-issued iPad.
• Practice autonomously per Wisconsin APRN requirements and PPG standards.
