Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide foot and lower-extremity focused care across long-term and senior living facilities in Wisconsin. Roles may be Part-time or Full-time with a flexible schedule and strong patient volume.

You will assess and manage podiatry-related conditions, perform diabetic foot and preventive care, and educate patients on mobility and wound prevention, while documenting in NextGen EMR on an iPad and adhering to APRN autonomy

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in NP program required.
• Current national NP certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
• Active RN license with Wisconsin RN/APRN licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and lower-extremity focused care in long-term care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage foot and lower-extremity conditions.
• Provide diabetic foot care, preventative care, wound prevention, and mobility education.
• Coordinate follow-up care with facility staff and other clinicians.
• Document care in NextGen EMR on company-issued iPad.
• Work autonomously per Wisconsin APRN rules and clinical standards.
