Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide true one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in home and community settings. You’ll have high autonomy, control over your schedule, and focus on meaningful functional outcomes for patients with stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, and other neuro conditions.

You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement treatment while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification per state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques for complex injury.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; may lift up to 100 lbs with safety.
• Ability to move, lift, or transfer patients following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
