Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Roseville, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to empower clients in home and community settings. You will evaluate, treat, and advance plans that help people regain independence in real-life environments.

The role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, paid hourly compensation, driving/travel mileage reimbursement, supportive leadership, growth opportunities, and no weekends or holidays required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving or transferring patients up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations, make recommendations for home and community safety, and provide resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and better patient outcomes.
