Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Neuro Home & Community care. The role offers true autonomy over scheduling, a focused 1:1 neuro caseload, and in-home settings with local coverage.

You will evaluate, treat, and advance patients recovering from neurological conditions in real-world environments. Enjoy flexible scheduling, autonomy in treatment planning, and dedicated time for documentation, with compensation paid hourly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification compliant with state requirements.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a PT preferred.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques and outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, patient, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
