Job summary

Synergistic International LLC is seeking an Account Manager to own new business development for luxury Fleetwood and Kolbe lines in the premium residential market. You’ll build a pipeline without relying on leads, engaging architects, designers, builders, and homeowners across your territory.

You will host events, visit sites, and attend trade shows as the face of a premium brand, driving deals and forging strategic alliances with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with hunter mentality.
• Proven ability to build territory and pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Willingness to attend after-hours and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Territory by developing relationships with architects, builders, designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.
• Create Opportunity Where None Existed by researching upcoming projects and engaging design teams early.
• Be the Face of a Premium Brand by hosting lunch-and-learns and attending industry events.
• Drive the Deal by daily prospecting and pipeline management.
