Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license required.
• Experience providing therapy in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, rehab, and medical teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation using GNT and adhere to HIPAA.
