Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our integrated clinical team in long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong administrative and clinical backing.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, maintain GNT documentation, and deliver evidence-based geriatric care while ensuring HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfortable navigating LTC environments.
• Commitment to timely documentation and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical staff to coordinate care.
