Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our integrated clinical team providing therapy, assessments, care planning and behavioral health support in long-term care facilities. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with autonomy and strong administrative backing to support patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical teams, document with our GNT, and maintain regulatory compliance while ensuring

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfortable navigating LTC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
• Work with facility staff to coordinate treatment and improve resident outcomes.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation using GNT and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with facility staff and leadership.
