Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our integrated clinical team onsite in long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support to residents in a geriatric setting.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or on-call, plus robust administrative and clinical support to focus on patient care, professional autonomy, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT license required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
• Support residents with depression, anxiety, adjustment to illness, grief, trauma, and other conditions common in LTC.
• Coordinate care with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and compliant care delivery.
• Build relationships with facility staff and leadership.
