Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC is seeking a licensed LMFT to join our integrated clinical team in long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support onsite, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and strong administrative support to focus on patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with nursing and social services, document using the Geriatric Notes Tool, and maintain HIPAA-compliant practices while delivering geriatric-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team and LTC settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to long-term care residents.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with nursing, social services, and medical teams to improve resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the GNT and ensure HIPAA compliance.
