Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our integrated clinical team and provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support onsite at long-term care facilities in your community. This role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative care model and a focus on geriatric mental health.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on-call, plus robust administrative support and ongoing clinical mentorship to

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to work in long-term care settings.
• Strong documentation skills and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and care planning.
• Support residents with depression, anxiety, and other conditions common in LTC.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliant documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver behavioral health interventions aligned with geriatric best practices.
