Job summary

MPAC Healthcare in Virginia is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health care to seniors on-site. You would work with residents and their families, lead interdisciplinary teams, and manage your caseload and schedule with autonomy.

The role emphasizes ongoing education, private-practice-like flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance within a fast-growing company. You will also ensure documentation aligns with CMS, Medicare, and commercial insurance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state.
• At least two years of counseling/therapy experience.
• Experience in nursing home or hospital facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with residents and their families.
• Lead interdisciplinary team addressing emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and salary expectations.
• Provide initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Ensure documentation meets CMS/Medicare/insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with MPAC providers to ensure quality care.
