Job summary

MPAC Healthcare in Virginia is seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to elevate care for seniors. This role offers autonomous, on-site clinical work with residents and families, enabling private-practice style practice without back-office hassles.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team addressing residents’ emotional and psychological needs, manage your own caseload and schedule, perform initial assessments and psychotherapy, and stay current with Medicare and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the applying state.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team with a positive attitude.
• Experience with CMS, Medicare/Medicaid documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services on-site with residents and families.
• Lead on an interdisciplinary care team addressing residents’ emotional and psychological needs.
• Manage caseload and scheduling, with focus on documentation.
• Perform initial assessments and psychotherapy for mental health issues.
• Keep up-to-date with Medicare benefits and insurance plans.
