Job summary

MPAC Healthcare seeks Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LISW) to deliver high-quality mental health care to older adults in a skilled nursing setting. You will work on-site with residents, lead in an interdisciplinary team, and set your caseload and salary with clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid LISW/LMFT/LMHC license in the state you’re applying.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a team member with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical services to residents and their families.
• Lead as an active member of an interdisciplinary team with physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary with clinical autonomy.
• Deliver initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for mental health issues.
• Handle documentation requirements and stay updated on Medicare and insurance plans.
