Job summary

MPAC Healthcare is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. You will work on-site with residents, lead an interdisciplinary team, and manage your caseload and schedule in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice without back-office hassles, with a strong focus on documentation, Medicare knowledge, and ongoing education within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state for which you are applying.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Ability to work as a member of a team with a great attitude.
• Knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
• Experience with Medicare benefits and commercial insurance plans.
• Experience in the nursing home space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical services to residents and families.
• Lead as an active member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Manage caseload, schedule, and salary negotiations.
• Perform initial assessments and provide psychotherapy as needed.
• Handle documentation and billing requirements for Medicare/insurance.
