Job summary

MPAC Healthcare in Maine is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) who are excited to set a new bar for the quality of care provided to seniors. You will be an on-site clinical provider working with residents and their families, addressing emotional and psychological needs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related field and licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC) in the applying state.
• Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
• Strong documentation and CMS/Medicare knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and psychotherapy for residents.
• Serve as on-site clinical provider with residents and families.
• Lead and collaborate on an interdisciplinary care plan with physicians and NPs.
• Manage your caseload, schedule, and salary with autonomy.
• Maintain up-to-date Medicare and commercial insurance documentation.
