Job summary

DocuSign seeks an AI Agentic Engineer on the Platform AI Engineering team to drive automation in IT operations by designing and deploying agentic AI solutions that proactively resolve issues, reduce workload, and strengthen security. Your mission is to eliminate EUS tickets through autonomous agents that anticipate and resolve challenges before human intervention.

You will collaborate across IT, security, and business teams to build secure, scalable AI workflows, reporting to the Senior Manager,

Qualifications

5+ years of AI/ML engineering, IT automation, or SaaS development.
2+ years in agentic AI frameworks, workflow automation, or intelligent IT service management.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and integrating RAG pipelines into enterprise solutions.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java).
Security and compliance controls embedding in AI/automation solutions.
Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to design and implement conversational AI chatbots for IT support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
Frontend AI apps development for end-user interaction.
POC & rapid demos for agentic AI solutions.
Zero-trust security monitoring in SaaS/IT environments.
Automation impact and reducing operational burden.
Certifications in AI, cloud computing, or ITSM.
Prompt engineering for LLMs.
Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Collaboration with IT/security/business stakeholders.
Automation at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions that autonomously resolve common EUS operations tickets.
Integrate AI agents with SaaS and IT platforms for self-healing and auto-remediation.
Embed security-first principles into every agentic workflow.
Monitor agent performance, impact, and coverage; drive continuous improvement.
Partner with EUS Ops, Security, and IT owners to identify high-value automation opportunities.
Document agent design, workflows, security considerations, and lifecycle management.
Stay current with GenAI, agent frameworks, and IT automation trends.
Contribute to broader AI service ownership strategy for scalability and secure integration across IT ecosystem.
