Job summary

Docusign is hiring an AI Agentic Engineer to lead the next wave of automation in IT operations. You will design and deploy agentic AI solutions that proactively resolve issues, reduce workload, and strengthen security across enterprise environments.

You will partner with IT, Security, and business teams to build scalable workflows that improve employee experience and protect assets. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Senior Manager, Cloud Apps, with in-office and remote work expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, IT automation, or SaaS development.
• 2+ years with agentic AI frameworks, workflow automation, or intelligent ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines in enterprise solutions.
• Proficient in Python and/or Java.
• experience embedding security and compliance controls into AI/automation.
• Strong IT operations knowledge, incident management, and ticketing basics.
• Familiar with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
• Know-how of Docker and Kubernetes container tech.
• Designing conversational AI chatbots and virtual assistants for IT support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions to autonomously resolve IT tickets.
• Integrate AI agents with SaaS and IT platforms for self-healing and remediation.
• Embed security-first principles across agentic workflows.
• Monitor performance, impact, and coverage; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with EUS Ops, Security, and IT owners to spot automation opportunities.
• Document design, workflows, security considerations, and lifecycle management.
• Stay current with GenAI, agent frameworks, and IT automation trends.
• Contribute to scalable, secure AI service ownership strategy.
