This role requires direct fundraising experience and strong communication skills to oversee the AI-powered fundraising operations. Qualifications

• Direct fundraising experience, either as a frontline fundraiser or in advancement communications.
• Ability to easily pivot from one task to the next independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-end operations of the Virtual Engagement Officer.
• Execute internal and external facing processes in support of the autonomous fundraising operation.
• Identify and report technical tasks to engineering using JIRA.
• Develop and manage internal and external documentation.
• Work with third-party platforms that support operations.
• Assist with customer requests and deployment of activities.
