You will own SOPs, playbooks, and dashboards, coordinating with engineering, operations, and leadership to scale operations safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs or projects in technical/operational settings.
• Ability to manage end-to-end issue resolution with triage, prioritization and follow-through.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain operational process documentation, including playbooks, workflows, and checklists.
• Manage the end-to-end operational issue resolution process with triage and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to investigate challenges and implement process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to show visibility into issue resolution and program health.
• Support planning to scale fleet operations with milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead recurring triage meetings and stakeholder discussions with clear action items.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and standardize processes.
