Job summary

Percepto is seeking a dedicated UAS ROC Flight Operator to join our operations team in Riviera Beach, FL. You will conduct autonomous drone flights, monitor missions, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for critical infrastructure inspections.

The role requires shift work including overnights and weekends, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Full-time employment with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator.
• 1–2 years of drone operation/aviation/remote-control experience desirable.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Strong customer-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with GIS software and data integration.
• Ability to work independently and within a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct autonomous drone flights and monitor missions in real-time.
• Plan and execute detailed flight plans based on mission objectives.
• Ensure safety compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from drone missions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with drone systems.
• Work rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends, and be on-call when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service.
