Job summary

Percepto is seeking a Drone Operator to join the operations team in Midland, TX, supporting nationwide client sites. You will deploy and operate Percepto’s systems, install and troubleshoot hardware, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve high client satisfaction.

You will travel extensively (50–70%) within Texas, work from the Midland hub when not on site, and comply with FAA and safety protocols while maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator preferred.
• 1–2 years of proven drone operation experience.
• 2 years of technician work experience (electrician, mechanic, assembly, repair) preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% to client sites in Texas.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Midland, TX hub.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deployments, installations, and operation of Percepto systems at client sites.
• Install, validate, troubleshoot, and repair aerial and ground systems.
• Plan and execute assigned field activities with internal/external teams to ensure completion.
