HUB International seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a diverse client book with independence and professional discretion. You will work with producers, underwriters and clients to maintain and expand relationships, ensuring renewal success and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You will translate client objectives into coverage strategies, stay current on industry changes, and collaborate with a national team to deliver exceptional service and retention results.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 3 years of applicable insurance/agency experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter and organized.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Makes decisions on books of insurance for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Collaborates with Producers on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversees preparation and processing of transactions and documents for accounts.
• Assesses clients' objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
