Job summary

Pair ABA in the Greater Richmond area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans, and train caregivers and staff while ensuring data-driven decisions and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Proficient in data collection and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings based on individual needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment plans using ongoing data and client progress.
• Train and support caregivers, staff, and other members of the treatment team.
• Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for coordinated care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in CentralReach while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
