Job summary

New Patterns ABA VA is expanding in the Richmond area and seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join full-time and part-time roles. You will serve clients in homes, schools, or community settings with flexible schedules that fit you and your clients.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and monitor intervention plans, train staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining HIPAA and accurate records in Central Reach.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Flexible, empathetic, patient, and client-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, adjusting as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation using Central Reach.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
