Job summary

Move Up ABA in Virginia seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide parent training from a hybrid model with in-person and telehealth components. Must live near Richmond or Hampstead regions and hold BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing behavior reduction/skill acquisition programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs.
• Provide parent training and clinical documentation.
• Analyze data and adjust programming as needed.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and support.
