Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA seeks an experienced BCBA to support RBTs, develop evidence-based programming, and guide families in home-based therapy across Virginia. The role combines in-home sessions with collaborative coordination for client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential through BACB.
• Active state license (LBA) required by location.
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred before start date.
• Background check completion required.
• Excellent communication across formats.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Mentor RBTs with guidance and supervision.
• Design a data-driven programming hierarchy reflecting client progress.
• Provide family support and navigation toward successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with other service providers to enhance client experience.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
