Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Virginia team. The role focuses on creating and overseeing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
The BCBA must be licensed in Virginia, possess a BCBA credential, and have leadership and mentoring experience. The position offers remote work with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation including bonuses.
Competenze
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
