Perfect Pair ABA in Richmond, VA is seeking a motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will supervise and mentor RBTs, design data-driven ABA programs, and support families to achieve successful outcomes in home-based services.

This role offers flexible hours with full-time and part-time hybrid options, competitive pay of $70–$90 per hour, and strong opportunities for professional development and collaboration across levels.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential from the BACB.
• Active state license (LBA) as required by location.
• Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, supervise, and support RBTs.
• Design data-driven ABA programming hierarchies.
