You will process claims by the next business day after RO close, resolve corrections, and maintain relationships with warranty representatives. The role supports service consultants and audits schedules while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive warranty processes or dealership operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret warranty policies and apply them consistently.

Responsibilities

• Process all warranty claims by the next business day after RO close.
• Review every warranty repair order for accuracy and legibility.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturer's warranty representatives.
• Audit aging schedules and weekly claim status reports.
• Assist service consultants with warranty questions and closes open RO's.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
