Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking an After Market Warranty Coordinator to support the Service Department with warranty claims, payments tracking, and repair order movement. Training is provided in person at our location and through Ford online training.

You will work with multiple third-party warranty companies to call in claims, obtain authorizations, and follow up on payment. The role also includes accounts receivable support and RO management for pre-delivery inspections

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Training provided in person and online for warranty processes.
• Experience with automotive warranties or accounts receivable is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Call third-party warranty companies to initiate claims and coordinate authorizations.
• Assist with accounts receivable and payment follow-up for warranty providers.
• Manage repair orders and ensure documentation and charges are correct and timely.
