Job summary

US Lawns is seeking an Extended Warranty Contract Cancellation Administrator to manage termination of Vehicle Service Contracts, calculate prorated refunds, and issue payments to lenders or customers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, two years in a similar role, knowledge of automotive parts and service, strong administrative and math skills, and excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reconciles warranty provider statements for products sold and service RO's paid in the previous month.
• Process cancellation requests from customers, lienholders, or dealerships with complete documentation.
• Calculate prorated refunds and ensure accurate financial payouts.
• Maintain precise records of canceled contracts to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate with Finance, customers, and lenders to resolve discrepancies in terms or refunds.
