Qualifications

• 2 years of warranty clerk or similar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims.
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.
• Post credits on computer.
• Track parts by tagging.
• Arrange for parts to be shipped to factory/distributor or scrapped.
• Follow up with factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims.
• Other duties as assigned.
