Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a title clerk position
• 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience preferred
• Must read and comprehend instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/calculator use
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare all DMV transfer documents
• Process vehicle registrations and titles
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Verify funds and pay lien before title processing
• Quality check documents submitted for completeness
• Billing out dealer trades
• Other duties as assigned
