WHEELS FINANCIAL GROUP LLC in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant for the Automotive Title Department. This full-time role supports Title, Document Control, Quality Control and Insurance with a range of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and processing title documents.

The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a reliable driver for mail runs. Schedule is 7 a.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or office support preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Scanning, filing, printing, and organizing large volumes of documents.
• Preparing and sending outgoing mail using various services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
• Assisting with mail pickup and distribution, including trips to the local post office, UPS store, or other local businesses.
• Maintaining and organizing the document storage and title files area.
• Supporting administrative projects and general clerical tasks as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned.
