Link Technical Talent is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the automotive and tire sector, covering California on a remote basis. The role offers a lucrative base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus up to $28,000 in annual bonuses, a $600 car allowance, and strong progression to regional management.

You will engage an established customer base, develop new dealership relationships, and travel across California to win business while coordinating with internal teams to ensure reliable product

• Willingness to travel regularly within a defined territory.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory within the automotive sector.
• Build relationships with distributors and key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time product delivery.
• Travel across California to meet customers and support business development.
• Work Monday–Thursday with travel; Fridays work from home.
