Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
• Oversee shop workflow balancing service sales with staff and equipment.
• Track inventory and assist with tire stocking and POS displays.
• Perform opening/closing duties, deposits, and basic shop tasks.
• Lead by example to keep showroom clean and customer-friendly.
• Balance multitasking of customer interactions, sales, and priorities.
• Apply product knowledge to assist with tire selection and maintenance.
