Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager for the Nashville area. You will be the face of the company, traveling to dealerships, driving growth, and delivering outstanding service with a consultative selling approach.

You must have 5+ years in dealership sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work independently. Daily travel, a valid driver’s license, and an insured vehicle are required. Proficiency with Salesforce is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of dealership experience in new or used cars.
• Ability to sell to dealerships and understand auction dynamics.
• Willingness to travel daily to dealers and auctions.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the territory.
• Service accounts in person and by phone to drive incremental growth.
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting and tracking.
• Build relationships with dealers and dealer groups to maximize revenue.
• Forecast and report monthly and yearly activity.
• Educate customers on product breadth and services.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and manage KPIs.
• Travel to existing and prospect dealerships daily.
